Buying tickets through the CSA Box Office online is the easiest, most convenient way to purchase tickets to events held in the Fine Arts Complex. Just follow these simple instructions.
Step 01:
The first step is knowing who is producing the event you want to see. Typically you'll be able to find this information on the advertising for the event. By way of organization, we group events in the following ways:
- CSA Events - These are events produced by USU's Caine School of the Arts. The Caine School of the Arts includes USU's programs in Art, Creative Writing, Interior Design, Landscape, Architecture and Environmental Planning (LAEP), Music, Theatre and the Nora Eccles Harrison Museum of Art.
- USU Events - These are events produced by USU organizations not directly affiliated with the Caine School of the Arts. Events sponsored by ASUSU and other student groups are listed in this calendar.
- Community Events - This calendar is for all events that do not fall under the two previous categories.
Once you know who is producing the event you want to see, select the appropriate calendar from the link on the right.
Step 02:
Clicking on the appropriate calendar link will take you to the calendar view page. Use the buttons in the upper corners of the calendar to navigate from month to month to find the date of the event you want to see.
Step 03:
A box with the name of your event will appear on the date of the event. Hold your mouse over the box and information about the event will appear. Click on the box to begin buying tickets to that event.
Step 04:

Once you click on the event box from the calendar, a new page will open. For events that have more than one performance of the same event, all perforances of that event will be listed. Be sure to find the event that will be held at the specific date and time you have chosen.
Once you have found the right event, click on the "Buy Tickets Now" button to the left of the event listing.
Step 05:

After clicking on the "Buy Tickets Now" button, a seating diagram for the venue where the event will be held will appear. Events held in the same venue may frequently have different price plans, so be sure and notice how different sections are priced on this page.
Once you have decided where you would like to sit, click on that section.
Step 06:

You are now taken to a page where you can select your specific seats. This applies only to events that have reserved seating. Holding your mouse cursor over a seat will show you the Section, Row, Seat Number and Seat Price in the box below the seating diagram.
At this point, only the full price for a seat is show, you will be able to select the appropriate discounts in a moment.
Step 07:

Click on the seats you want to purchase. A black checkmark will appear on each seat you select. If you decide you want different seats, click on the seat once again, and the checkmark will go away. Once you have selected the seats you want, click the "Reserve Seats Now" button to continue buying your tickets.
Should you decide you'd like seats in a different section, click the "Choose Different Section" button and you'll be able to start over.
Step 08:

On this next page you will see a box with a pulldown menu for each seat you have selected. Pull down the menu and you will see all valid discounts for the seats you have selected. Remember, we do check ID's at the door for discounted tickets.
To proceed with your purchase, you will need to create an account with Ezticketlive, our online ticketing partner. Ezticketlive has a strict privacy policy and only uses this information for billing purposes or to contact you should there ever be a problem with your purchase.
If you already have an account with Ezticketlive, enter your username and password and continue to Step 10.
To set up a new account, please click the "Set Up New Account" button.
Step 09:

The "New Account Set Up" page allows you to create an account with Ezticketlive. Simply fill out all the required fields then click the "Create Now!" button.
It is important that you enter a valid email address here, since your tickets will be sent to the email address you provide here.
Once you have created your account, you will return to the login page. Simply enter your username and password and login to proceed to the next page. Be sure to check that the appropriate discounts are still selected.
Step 10:

Here you have the chance to select how you want the tickets delivered to you. For online ticket purchases, the only option on the pulldown menu will be "Print at Home." With this option, the tickets will be emailed to you.
Step 11:

Once you have selected the delivery option, a new box will appear asking how you would like to pay for your tickets. For online purchases, we accept all major credit cards.
Step 12:

Once you have selected the type of credit card you want you use, you will be able to enter your credit card information. Credit card transactions are processes through Ezticketlive's secure servers. Once you have entered your credit card information, click the "Process Card" button.
Please note that charges on you credit card statement will be listed as "Ezticketlive Box Office."
After clicking the "Process Card" button, follow the instructions to finish your ticket purchase.
Once you have completed your ticket order, the tickets and your receipt will be sent to the email address you used to set up your account.
Step 13:

Your tickets will be sent you as email attachments as Adobe Acrobat Reader documents. They will look something like the example above. Simply print out the attachments on your printer at home.
On the night of the event, bring those print-outs with you to the venue and use it just as you would any other ticket!
